Auburm Bay, Calgary Commumity

 Welcome to one of the best communities to live in SE Calgary. Auburn Bay! Auburn Bay is a lake commumity built by Carma . This community boasts great family and curb appeal with cottage style Charm. Green spaces, parks and playgrounds make this a great community to live in for the young professional or family. Home owners in Auburn Bay enjoy access to the communities amenities that consist of 4 season recreation. 43 acre freshwater lake and a 13 acre private park. Volleball courts,tennis courts, private beach and a barbecue area. Winter activities include a tobogganing hill, hockey rink and skating area. Residents association fees are based on the type of lot. Standard, lake access or lake lots. Fees range from (maximum amount) 400 to 800 plus gst and would be subject to an annual inflationary increase.  Auburn Bay will also enjoy easy access to the new SE hospital that is scheduled to be completed in 2009. It will be located at the south side of 196th Ave. I have included some links to the left that include the designated schools for this area.

  The City of Calgary has generated a community plan for the Auburn Bay this is a little long but definitely points out the growth of the community, urban planning and transportation planning.  Welcome to the community of Tuscany! This is a great family community. Wonderful paths, green space, a fantastic curb appeal. This Carma built commuity is one of the fastest growing in NW Calgary and prides itself in it's family friendliness. One of the great aspects of Tuscany is it's environmental reserve that consists of 170 natural acres that have been set aside for the residents enjoyment. This community has over 1000 acres of planned development.

                                                  Amenities in this community include 250 parks and green space as well as a residents association that include an exclusive membership in the Tuscany Residents Association. This fee is 252 for single family homes and 189 for multi family homes that are subject to an annual inflationary increase. Residents of Tuscarora have an option to buy in to this membership. Membership fees provide ownership, maintenance and upkeep for common facilities and features in the community, such as boulevard upkeep, green space upkeep and maintenance as well as Tuscany Club programs and access. It is a private not for profit organization that is mandated to providing continued and shared enjoyment of all amenities and facilities. The Tuscany Club consists of a 6000 sq ft private club house and a 6 acre park.
